How do I create my museum?
Tap “Create my museum,” add your names, photos and messages, then complete checkout. Your private museum link appears on screen and is sent to your email after payment.
Can we visit together?
Yes. Open the same private link on two devices and choose your characters. You can see each other and explore the same museum together. You can also visit on your own.
Do we need an app or a special device?
No app is needed. Open your link in a modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. On mobile, use the touch controls; on computer, use your keyboard and mouse.
How many photos can I add?
Choose 4 to 8 photos. You can change their order, choose each frame’s shape and adjust the crop before checkout. Use JPEG, PNG or WebP images up to 20 MB each.
Do I need to upload a video?
No. Choose either a personal message or your own video for the cinema screen. Your cinema message is separate from the entrance message. For video, use a compatible MP4 up to 60 seconds and 50 MB.
When and where will I receive my link?
After successful payment, your link appears here and arrives by email. Copy it and send it to your partner whenever you want to reveal the surprise. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
How long does access last?
Your single payment includes one year of access, starting when your payment is confirmed. You can revisit your museum during that time.
Is this a subscription?
No. It’s a single payment, with no recurring subscription or automatic renewal.
Is our museum private?
Your museum is accessed through its private link. Anyone who has that link can enter, so keep it safe and share it only with the person you want to visit with.
